This Band Of Snow Willcontinue To Drift Slowly Southwest Across The Area During Theearly Morning Hours. Expect Snowfall Rates Of Around An Inch Perhour In The Strongest Portion Of This Band.This Includes The New York Thruway Between Exits 49 And 59.This Includes Interstate 86 Between Exits 11 And 31.This Includes Route 219 And Route 400 And Interstates 190 And 290.Driving Within This Snow Band Will Be Very Difficult With Snowcovered Roads And Very Poor Visibility. If Traveling Across The Areaallow For Plenty Of Extra Time To Reach Your Destination.
