...Another Round Of Severe Weather Possible Tonight... An Isolated Thunderstorm Is Possible Through 8 PM But Most Of The Area Will Remain Dry. After 8 PM We Will Be Watching A Line Of Thunderstorms Moving Into Western New York. This Line Has The Potential To Bring Another Round Of Severe Weather To The Area If It Holds Together. The Main Threats Would Be Damaging Winds And Large Hail, But Isolated Tornadoes Are Possible. If The Line Of Storms Holds Together They Would Near The Following Locations At The Following Times. Elmira, Penn Yan, Ithaca, Syracuse, Hornell, And Cortland Between 8 PM And 11 PM. Owego, Binghamton, Utica, Rome, Norwich, And Oneonta Between 9 PM And Midnight. Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, Delhi, Monticello And Hawley Between Midnight And 3 AM.
