NEW YORK STATE AMBER ALERT Activation Date and Time: Tuesday, December 01, 2015 - 4:16 PM The New York City Police Department 52nd Precinct has activated the New York State AMBER Alert and is investigating a child abduction that occurred near Perry Ave, in Bronx, NY at about 1:45 PM on 12/1/2015. The CHILD, Rebecca Valenzuela is a Hispanic female, approximately 3 years old with black hair and brown eyes. She is approximately 2 feet 6 inches and weighs about 30 pounds. The SUSPECT, Diomedes Valenzuela is a Hispanic male, approximately 47 years old with bald hair and brown eyes. He is approximately 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighs about 270 pounds. The VEHICLE has been identified as a 2004 Silver Dodge Caravan with NJ license plate number K24ECS. The VEHICLE was last seen traveling on GW Bridge possibly heading for New Jersey. Suspect forcibly took child after assaulting spouse with a knife causing serious physical injur
