Manhole located in storm ditch along north side of Willowbrook Road. Name of Waterbody Affected: Irondequoit creek/tributaries/wetlands associated with those tributaries but not definitively. Description of Discharge: Power outage caused by downed tree limbs on power lines resulted in a lift station wet well backing up into the gravity sewer line until it finally discharged out of lowest manhole(about 100 ft from said lift station) and flowed down storm drainage ditch.
