An Additional Half Inch Is Possible Through 1130 AM For Eastern Parts Of Montgomery And Fulton Counties. Roads May Continue To Be Slick...And Gusty Westerly Winds Will Continue To Allow For Blowing And Drifting Of Fallen Snow. Although Conditions Will Be Slowly Improving...Be Prepared For Continued Slow Travel Through At Least Noon.

An Ice Jam Has Caused Flooding At Owasco Outlet. This Has Resulted In Waters Rising Toward A Trailer Park Along Hayden Road.
