Lake Level Being Lowered For Emergency Sewer Line Construction

This message is from Village Manager John Sweeney. Due to significant water conditions encountered at the Duprey Street sewer line construction site, the lake level above Lake Flower Dam to the New York State D E C Lower Locks including Kiwassa are being lowered to facilitate sewer line replacement. At this time we do not know the extent to which the lake will have to be lowered.
