Doppler Radar Estimates Indicated Between 2 To 3 Inches Of Rain Had Fallen Earlier In The Night In A Narrow Band Across Central Seneca County. Some Additional Thunderstorms Will Move Into The Area After 5 AM With Another One Half To Three Quarters Inch Possible.
