On The New Yorkthruway, Expect The Most Hazardous Travel Conditions Between Exits39 And 32, While On Interstate 81, The Most Treacherous Conditionswill Be Between The Interstate 481 Interchange, And Southernoswego County.Snowfall Rates Of 1 To 2 Inches Per Hour Will Be Common, And Couldlocally Reach As High As 3 Inches Per Hour.
