South This Band...Snow...Heavy At Times...Will Also Fall Through The Remainder Of The Morning Affecting Areas Across The Tug Hill Plateau With Snow Rates Of 1 To 2 Inches Per Hour. At 950 AM...The Band Stretches From Portions Of The Northtowns To The Southtowns And As Far East As Route 63 In Genesee County. As The Band Moves Slowly North...The Southern Edge Of The Band Will Cross Route 20A...So The Southtowns And The Southern Half Of Wyoming County May Start To See Some Improvement For Part Of The Day. Snow Amounts Between 10 AM And Noon Will Range Between 1 To 4 Inches...But With Blowing And Drifting It Will Be Nearly Impossible To Measure. Expect Westerly Winds Gusting To 40 Mph At Times With Blizzard Conditions. Wind Chills Will Range From 15 To 30 Below Zero While Temperatures Will Remain Around Or Below Zero.

An Ice Jam Has Formed Between The Power Authority Intakes And Cayuga Island. The Water Level Gauge At The La Salle Yacht Club Is Reading Slightly Below The Zero Damage Elevation.
