The Rain Willbe Heavy At Times In The More Persistent Bands. This Will Resultin Ponding Of Water In Poor Drainage Areas...Especially Whereleaves Are Blocking Drainage Inlets. Ice Pellets Or Graupel Willmix In At Times In The Heavier Showers. The Lake Effect Rain Isexpected To Drift Back North Towards The Buffalo Metro Area Laterthis Morning.

Heavy Lake Effect Rain Continues...A Band Of Heavy Lake Effect Rain Will Continue To Cross Much Ofthe Buffalo Metro Area And Southern Niagara County Through 630 AM.The Rain May Result In Minor Flooding Of Poor Drainage Areasespecially Where Leaves Have Blocked Drainage Inlets. Ice Pelletsand Graupel Will Mix In With The Rain At Times In The Heaviershowers. The Band Of Lake Effect Rain Is Expected To Weaken Andshift South Temporarily After Daybreak.
