This will rapidly changeduring the late afternoon and early evening as pavementtemperatures drop with sunset.Water on untreated surfaces will freeze with snow also beginningto accumulate. This will result in untreated roads becoming snowcovered and extremely slippery during the late afternoon and earlyevening. Motorists should be prepared for rapidly deterioratingroad conditions between 4 PM and 7 PM.
