This Includes The City Of Medina... * Until 315 AM EDT * At 1115 PM EDT...National Weather Service Doppler Radar Indicated Flash Flooding From A Thunderstorm Over The Warned Area. Radar Estimates And Surface Observations Show That Between One To One And A Half Inches Of Rain Has Fallen Over The Warned Area. Training Thunderstorms Slowly Moving Northward Over The Warned Area Will Continue To Produce Heavy Rainfall. Additional Rainfall Amounts Between One And Two Inches Are Possible Through The Overnight.
