Thesnow and sleet should quickly change to rain over the mid HudsonValley, southern Taconics, and Litchfield County early thisafternoon. The snow and sleet over southern Vermont and theBerkshires will transition and mix with freezing rain and rain astemperatures climb above freezing this afternoon. Snow and sleetamounts will generally be a coating to an inch with the highertotals over the mountains.
