Within this area of snow,visibilities will drop quickly to less than a quarter of a mile.Area roads will also become snow covered quickly and producehazardous travel conditions.Locations impacted include...Rockland, Chemung, Binghamton, Ithaca, Elmira, Vestal, Johnson City,Oneonta, Endicott and Corning.Conditions can deteriorate rapidly in winter weather situations.
