Hot Dog Eating Contest Fundraiser for Enchanted Mountains Roller Derby

Dates: Sat, 04/29/2017 - 7:00pm - 9:00pm, Fundraising Event for Enchanted Mountain Roller Derby, a women's non profit sports organization based in the Souther Tier of Western, NY.  We will be having a couple waves of competitors! Hot dog eating contest starts at 7:00 pm!  Have a couple dogs, hang with out skaters and cheer on your favorite competitor!

Family Art Day 2017 at the Cattaraugus County Arts Council

Dates: Sat, 04/22/2017 - 1:00pm - 4:00pm, The Cattaraugus County Arts Council is happy to announce there will be a Free Family Art Day in 2017 sponsored by Fox Financial which will take place at the Olean Center Mall.  Being held on Saturday, April 22 from 1-4pm.  Finger puppets, pinwheels, a spring painting and Easter-themed yarn pictures will be the projects.

Spring Seneca Days of Sharing Workshops at the Seneca-Iroquois National Museum

Dates: Mon, 04/10/2017 - 9:00am - Thu, 04/13/2017 - 4:00pm, The Seneca-Iroquois National Museum is presenting a fun and educational way for kids (ages 6-11 years old) to spend their April Spring break.  Each day they will participate in classes that teach of Seneca history, culture and heritage.  There will be a morning and afternoon snack provided, but children will need to bring a bag lunch each day.  Here are the classes:

SBU Jazz Band to host FREE Big Band Dance at St. Bonaventure

Dates: Thu, 04/06/2017 - 7:30pm - 9:00pm, The SBU Jazz Band will host a big band dance at 7:30pm Thursday, April 6, at St. Bonaventure University’s Doyle Hall Dining Room.  Admission to the second annual Swing Into Spring dance, which includes light refreshments, is FREE, but donations are welcome, said Dr. Les Sabina, professor of music and director of the Jazz Band. The public is welcome.
