Ramapo Police are requesting assistance locating Charles Neustein, a 93 year old male who suffers from Alzheimer's. Mr. Neustein is a white male who is 5'10 and 175lbs and was last seen at 4pm in the area if College Rd and Route 59 wearing a black and white checkered shirt and khaki pants.
