These Storms Are Moving Slowly And Have The Capability Of Producing Very Heavy Rain In A Short Period Of Time That Will Create Significant Ponding Of Water On Area Roadways And Poor Drainage Flooding. If You Are Traveling Across This Region These Storms Will Bring About Poor Visibilities. It Is Recommended That You Slow Down And Allow Extra Time To Reach Your Destinations This Afternoon.
