And Southern Franklin Counties. * Through Saturday Morning. * Widespread Rainfall Of 1 To 2 Inches Has Fallen Across The Watch Area Over The Past 24 Hours...With Additional Rainfall Of 1 To Possibly 2 Inches Through Early Saturday Morning. * These Rainfall Amounts Will Likely Cause Sharp Rises On Streams And Rivers In The Watch Area With Some Possibly Reaching Bankfull Or Minor Flood. Poor Drainage And Minor Field Flooding Will Also Be Possible Through Early Saturday Morning.

An Area Of Moderate Rain And Embedded Thunderstorms Will Track North And East This Evening. This Has Produced Rainfall Amounts Of Around One Inch In Eastern Oneida And Madison Counties With An Additional Inch Expected This Evening. These Amounts Will Likely Cause Ponding Of Water In Low-Lying Roads And Urban Areas.
