Emergency Officials And State Transportation Has Reported Numerous Accidents Across Northern New York This Morning Due To Occasional Whiteout Conditions And Near Zero Visibility At Times. Expect Occasional Near Whiteout Conditions To Continue Across Much Of Northern New York And Vermont Through Early Evening With Visibilities Briefly Reduced To Near Zero As Westerly Winds Gust From 35 To 45 Mph. Those Planning Travel This Afternoon Should Be Aware Of This Potential And Plan Accordingly.
