Wind gusts from 35 to 45 mph will be possible in the 1 pmto 7 pm time frame, which may lead to isolated power outages andtree damage. Persons should also secure any loose outdoor itemsthat may be affected by stronger wind gusts.

...The flood warning continues for the following rivers in New York..Cayuga Lake At Ithaca affecting Tompkins CountyThe Flood Warning continues forThe Cayuga Lake At Ithaca.* Until Tuesday evening.* At 9 AM Sunday the stage was 383.6 feet.* Flood stage is 383.5 feet.* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to below flood stage after 8 AMMonday.* Impact...At 383.5 feet...South end of the lake flooding is likely along lowlying streets and parking lots near the shore. This includes, Myers Pointlocated in Lansing, including the area near Ladoga Park Drive. In the Town ofUlysses along Taughannock Blvd. In addition to flooding from the lake itself,the high water level of the lake will likely cause water to back up intoSixmile Creek. Flooding is likely in low lying areas in the southwest businessdistrict along Route 13 near Wegmans and Staples along with Titus Flats.&&
