This rainfall combined withsignificant snow melt will increase runoff into rivers andstreams around the county. Minor flooding will be possiblefrom Saturday into Sunday.* Smaller streams and creeks will be most at risk for high flowsand potential flooding, but there is also a chance for someflooding along larger creeks such as Fish Creek, Oneida Creek,Oriskany Creek, Sauquoit Creek and the Black River amongothers.

Much warmer temperatureswill also result in very rapid snowmelt across the Tug HillPlateau and western Adirondacks.
