Visibilities were generally 1 to 2 miles, however, attimes, and in some locations, the fog was dense with visibilitiesas low as 1/4 mile.Motorists traveling in these areas this evening should beprepared for sudden drops in visibility, slow down and use lowbeam headlights.

The heat index is a measure of howhot it really feels when relative humidity is factored in withthe air temperature...which will be reaching record levels todayand Tuesday. LSW gray shirt and dark pants, possibly uses a walker. Male has schizophrenic disorder, sweats excessively has not taken his meds today or eaten dinner. Boil Water Advisory - Endicott Water District

The Endicott Water Department reports "Approximately 3:30 AM on September 24, 2017 our water system lost pressure due to a water main break on South Street in the Village of Endicott. As a result some people who live in the Village of Endicott and parts of Endwell lost pressure. When the distribution pipes and mains lose pressure in increases the chance that untreated water and harmful microbes could enter the system." Repair of the line continues. A notice will be issued when the water is safe to drink.
