...Intense Lake Effect Snow This Early Morning...At 1240 AM A Band Of Intense Lake Effect Snow Was Carried Inlandfrom Lake Ontario...To Areas Across Southern Jefferson...Farnorthern Oswego And Lewis Counties.The Northern Edge Of This Snow Band Is From Henderson Harbor Toadams Center To Copenhagen. On The South Side The Snow Band Wasfrom Sandy Creek To Far Northern Osceola To Turin. A Few Lightersnow Showers Are Possible Just To The North Of This Snow Bandacross Central Jefferson County This Morning.Within The Snow Band Expect Snowfall Rates That Will Exceed 4Inches Per Hour...Near Zero Visibilities And Deep Snow Coveredroads. This Will Make Travel Extremely Difficult And Nearlyimpossible Through The Snow Band.Expect This Snowband To Remain Nearly Stationary Through Much Ofthe Overnight Hours.
