Western Pike County in northeasternPennsylvania...* Until 300 PM EDT* At 1153 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicatedheavy rain, which may cause urban and small stream flooding in theadvisory area. Hourly rainfall rates of 0.25 to 0.5 inches can beexpected, with locally more intense rates possible.
