Additional rainand a few thunderstorms will continue over the area tonight.Runoff will continue to keep water in areas that have alreadyflooded. This additional rainfall will likely make floodconditions worse in some areas.This Flood Warning replaces the Flash Flood Warning issued earlier.* Some locations that will experience flooding include...Walton, Delhi, Colchester, Meredith, Hamden, Andes, Bovina Center,Trout Creek, and Wolf Hollow.

...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT NORTHWESTERN HAMILTON AND NORTHCENTRAL HERKIMER COUNTIES...At 801 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 10 miles northwestof Big Moose, or 15 miles north of Old Forge, moving northeast at 25mph.Winds or around 30 mph are possible with this storm.This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northern NorthernHerkimer and northwestern Hamilton Counties, including the followinglocations: Nehasane, Little Rapids, Sabattis, Beaver River, Partlow,Robinwood, Keepawa, Little Tupper Lake, Brandreth and Lyon Lake.Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may causelocalized poor drainage flooding. Do not drive your vehicle throughflooded roadways. Additional rainfall of a quarter inch or sopossible in the less than a half an hour.
