There isa chance for some light freezing rain or freezing drizzle inthese areas, with overall patchy coverage until early thisafternoon. ...SPOTTY LIGHT FREEZING RAIN OR FREEZING DRIZZLE IS POSSIBLEMAINLY IN THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS LATE THIS MORNING UNTIL AROUNDMIDDAY...Temperatures in Orange County and in the higher elevations of theHudson Valley and southwestern Connecticut were just belowfreezing early this morning. Spotty light rain showers as of 745AM were passing just to the south, but may start to affect theseareas later this morning before temperatures have risen freezing,and could leave a light glaze of ice in spots, with locallyslippery conditions especially in the higher elevations. Driversin these areas should exercise extra caution if any lightprecipitation develops.
