Anyone Traveling Should Exercise Extra Caution And Leave Plenty Of Space In Front Of Them.

Motorists Are Urged To Use Extreme Caution While Driving... Especially When Crossing Bridges And Overpasses...And On Highway Ramps. Pedestrians Are Urged To Use Extreme Caution While Walking...Especially On Untreated Surfaces Such As Sidewalks...Driveways And Parking Lots. Patchy Fog...Some Locally Dense...Will Cause Reduced Visibility In Some Areas.

North Central Oswego County In Central New York... * Until 1130 AM EST * As Of 324 AM EST...The Threat Of Flooding Remains In The Vicinity Of The Town Of Sandy Creek Due To An Ice Jam That Has Raised Water Levels On North Sandy Pond. A Flood Warning Means That Flooding Is Imminent Or Has Been Reported. Stream Rises Will Be Slow And Flash Flooding Is Not Expected. However...All Interested Parties Should Take Necessary Precautions Immediately.

This Has Already Resulted In Reports Of Black Ice Forming. As Temperatures Fall Over A Larger Portion Of The Area, Black Ice Will Become More Likely. In Addition To The Threat For Ice...Areas Of Dense Fog...At Times Reducing Visibility Under A Half Of A Mile...Are Likely. If Driving Overnight Slow Down, And Leave Plenty Of Distance In Front Of You. Treat Wet Areas As If They Were Ice. Remember That Secondary Roads, Parking Lots, Sidewalks And Bridges Will Be The Most Likely To See Black Ice.
