This will cause urban and smallstream flooding in the advisory area. A quick 0.5 to 1 inches ofrain could fall, in just 30 to 60 minutes time.* Some locations that will experience flooding include...Onondaga, Syracuse, Clay, Cicero, De Witt, Van Buren,Baldwinsville, North Syracuse, Solvay and Manlius.
