At higher elevations,temperatures are near freezing and the rain could freeze onuntreated surfaces. Meanwhile at lower elevations temperatures arealready above freezing and no icing is expected. Temperatures willrise above freezing across all areas by early afternoon.

Motorists and pedestrians should remainvigilant to the potential of encountering a light glaze of ice onuntreated surfaces.Bridges and elevated road surfaces, highway on and off ramps,less traveled secondary roads, and also parking lots, sidewalksand driveways will be particularly susceptible to this potentiallight icing through daybreak.
