UPDATE: Tactical Police Training in the Blauvelt Area

There will be Tactical Police Training taking place on Thursday October 16, 2014 from approx. 9am to 2pm on the grounds of the former Rockland Children's Psychiatric Center located on Convent Road in Blauvelt. Police Officers will be dressed in Tactical Gear and carrying weapons There will be Tactical Police Vehicles in and around the area. This is only a training exercise where the use of simulated ammunition will be taking place. The sounds of gunfire and explosions will be heard.
