South Of This Band...Snow...Heavy At Times...Will Also Fall Through The Evening Affecting Areas Across The Tug Hill Plateau With Snow Rates Of 1 To 3 Inches Per Hour. Little Snow Will Fall North Of Watertown Or South Of Redfield For The Next Several Hours. The Snow Together With Winds Gusting To 40 Mph Will Create Local Blizzard Conditions And Significant Snow Drifts. Temperatures Are In The Single Digits...With Wind Chills 10 To 15 Below Zero.
