However...Flooding Is Still Occurring Acrossportions Of The Bronx...Rockland And Westchester Counties.The Saw Mill River Parkway In Westchester County Is Overflowing Itsbanks In Elmsford And Is Resulting In Road Closures.The Mahwah River At Suffern Is At Action Stage With A River Level Of3.7 Ft And Is Expected To Just Reach Its Flood Stage Of 4.0 Ft Overthe Next Hour Or Two.
