The Combination Of Snow And Winds Gusting Up To 45 Mph Will Result In Blizzard-Like Conditions In Locations Such As Dunkirk...Silver Creek And Areas North Of Perrysburg. Much Lighter Snow Will Fall To The South...But The Strong Winds Will Produce Some Blowing And Drifting Snow. The Cold Temperatures And Westerly Winds At 15 To 30 Mph, Will Combine To Produce Wind Chill Temperatures Of 15 To 25 Below Zero. The Bitter Cold Temperatures Will Continue Overnight. The Wind Chill Will Be Cold Enough To Cause Frostbite To Bare Skin In Less Than 15 Minutes. Use Precaution If You Must Be Outside Tonight.

The Squalls Were Moving East Around 25 Mph. Snowfall Rates Will Be Over One Inch An Hour Along With Wind Gusts To 40 Mph. The Snow Will Drop Visibilities To Near Zero. Roads Will Become Snow Covered And Slippery Almost Instantly. Considerable Blowing And Drifting Snow Will Compound The Poor Driving Conditions.
