...Locally Heavy Rainfall And Minor Flooding Possible...Portions of the Saint Lawrence Valley and northern Adirondacks inNew York and northwest and north central Vermont have seen steadyrains overnight and early this morning. Numerous locations acrossthis area have reported anywhere from a half inch to just over aninch of rain. Through 900 am this morning another round showersand isolated thunderstorms will move across this area and produceadditional moderate to heavy rainfall. Areas to monitor forlocalized flooding and sharp rises on smaller streams and riversinclude southern Saint Lawrence and Franklin counties of NewYork...and all of Essex county in New York and Chittenden...Addison...Lamoille...and Washington counties in Vermont. If youencounter high water...move to higher ground and never drivethrough flooded roadways.

...A THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL WILL AFFECT THE FARNORTHWESTERN PORTIONs OF HAMILTON AND HERKIMER COUNTIES...At 517 AM EDT, a thunderstorm was located 10 miles southeast ofIndian River, or 16 miles northwest of Old Forge, moving northeastat 40 mph. Storms producing very heavy downpours will continue tomove across this area early this morning and will likely producesome flooding of low-lying and poor drainage areas.Locations impacted include... Nehasane, Little Rapids, Sabattis,Beaver River, Partlow, Robinwood, Moshier Falls, Keepawa, LittleTupper Lake, Brandreth, Lyon Lake and Lake Lila.

...A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINFALL WILL AFFECT CENTRALHAMILTON AND NORTHWESTERN WARREN COUNTIES...At 432 AM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms were located along aline extending from 6 miles northwest of Newcomb to 9 milessoutheast of Limekiln Lake Campground. Movement was east at 45 mph.Winds in excess of 30 mph are possible with these storms. Very heavyrainfall is occurring with these storms.These storms will be near...Lewey Lake Campground around 450 AM EDT.Speculator around 500 AM EDT.Other locations impacted by these storms include Byrnes Corners,Garnet Lake, Eagle Nest, Sodom, Perkins Clearing, West Canada Lakes,Edwards Hill, Christian Hill, Wevertown and Holcombville.
