...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 PM EDTFRIDAY...* LOCATIONS...Northern Erie and Genesee counties. Highestamounts away from Lake Erie from the eastern Buffalo suburbsto about Batavia.* TIMING...Through early Friday afternoon.* HAZARDS...Wet snow.* ACCUMULATIONS...Up to 2 inches overnight and around 2 inchesFriday, leading to storm totals of 3 to 5 inches.* WINDS...Northwest 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.* VISIBILITIES...As low as a mile at times.* IMPACTS...A late season storm will bring several inches of wetsnow mainly across the higher terrain. Snowfall willaccumulate best on grassy surfaces with a slushy accumulationpossible on roadways which could make for slick travel. Thereis a lower risk of accumulations on roads near Lake Erie andalong I-90.
