Location of Discharge: 100 Cobble Creek Rd, Victor, NY 14564, USA Additional Address Info: Gravity sewer main man hole Name of Waterbody Affected: White Brook and all minor tribs Description of Discharge: A Farmington Water and Sewer employee logged onto one of the town's online monitoring systems.(6:45-7:15 p.m.) The employee went on to check pump station #14 and seen that the level was sitting at 3.9 with no movement and neither pump was running. This was a clear sign something was wrong, due to the fact this situation was not indicative to this time of day nor the time of year(Holiday season) Two employees then visited the pump station and found the level sensor to be malfunctioning. The level sensor was replaced and the wet well was pumped down to normal operating level,which in turn stopped the overflow. The faulty level sensor caused the controller to not run the pumps. The e
