And Will Result In Minor Flooding. * Locations In The Advisory Include But Are Not Limited To New Hartford...Rome And Utica. National Weather Service Doppler Radar Is Indicating Rainfall Amounts Of Around An Inch In Less Than One Hour. These Rainfall Rates Will Likely Produce Minor Flooding Especially In Urban And Low Lying Areas Such As Underpasses.
