Annual Special Events
A variety of recreational activities are offered through the Department.
Annual Senior Forum/Public Hearing: The Forum, held each year in August, provides a series of educational and entertaining workshops, lunch prepared by the Nutrition Program, and an opportunity to discuss the scope and quality of the Department's services.
Gala Celebration: Each year, the Department sponsors a Gala Celebration. This Celebration is an annual dinner/dance to pay tribute to volunteers and to celebrate Older Americans of Cattaraugus County.
Special Dinners: The Senior Wellness and Nutrition Program Sites hold annual picnics, holiday, and birthday dinners.
