Municipalities without Zoning in Cattaraugus County.

Per NYS DOH Commissioner's order prohibiting sale and distribution of synthetic marijuana, see attached documents below for more information including the Commissioner's Summary of Action and fact sheets for the public.

Below are generic safety plan templates to be used to be used by "Children's Camp" operators.  These templates have been produced by the NYS Department of Health to aid operators in meeting their safety plan requirements.

The first two downloads are a generic safety plan and an activity worksheet to be used by all "Children's Camps." 

The appendices that follow are to be used by operators who provide certain high risk activities that are not covered by the generic safety plan.

Cattaraugus County Burn Ban in Effect from March 15 to May 15

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) ban on burning begins on March 15, 2012, and continues through May 15, 2012.

This regulation means that there are no open fires allowed during the March 15th to May 15th time period.
