RACDC is happy to bring to you and your employees a training session that will truly make a difference in your bottom line in this economy.
Mr. George Batrouny will present to front line employees for both the food & beverage industry AS WELL AS retail businesses and service providers.
Mr. Batrouny has an extensive background in the hospitality industry. He is a graduate of the Scholss-Kleissheim School of hotel and Tourist Management in Salzburg, Austria. He is currently teaching hospitality classes at JCC and thru BOCES. George’s background includes General Manager & Club Manager of several popular Country Clubs around the United States.
Session I—ESSENTIALS ~ This is a class geared specifically for restaurant managers and employees. Table Service Etiquette can be used at the 5 star restaurant or the local tavern. A MUST HAVE to compete and build loyalty and strengthen your return guest business.
Session II—CUSTOMER SERVICE ~ Anyone can use this class as George will focus on Attitude development, Interpersonal Skills, Communication, Confidence, Motivation and more. Another MUST HAVE to stay ahead of the rest!

Cost per session: $30.00 per person (session includes all three classes)— for any business sending 3 or more employees the cost will be $25.00 per person. This special price is for RACDC members. (Become an RACDC member for $50.00 - call to see what that includes if interested)
Non-RACDC members are welcome and encouraged to attend. Cost will be $40.00 per person for each session.(NOT each class)
