Cattaraugus County is seeking a qualified individual for appointment to the position of Director, Veterans’ Service Agency. The Director will be responsible for providing services to the Veterans and their families within the County in accordance with procedures set forth in Article 17, Sections 357, 358 and 359 of the New York State Executive Law. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and have served in the armed forces of the United States. Candidates with experience in examining and processing claims for benefits under a program with established criteria are preferred. Salary negotiable.
