The Cattaraugus County Department of Nursing Homes, Pines-Olean Facility, is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Nursing Home Administrator. This is an administrative position involving responsibility for planning, organizing, directing, managing the operation and implementing the polices of a 120 bed facility in the Pines facility located in Olean, New York. This includes making operation decisions, providing general supervision, employing and discharging staff, programming, and, when appropriate, integrating the services of the nursing home with the community’s health resources. Work is performed in accordance with established policies with wide leeway permitted for the exercise of independent judgement. Possession of a NYS Nursing Home Administrator license is required.
