If you need health insurance, Cattaraugus County Department of Social Services staff has been trained as “Certified Application Counselors” to provide face-to-face assistance to area residents in the health insurance application process.  If you would like help in determining if you should apply locally or through the New York State website, call the Cattaraugus County Department of Social Services between 8am and 5pm at 373-8065 for assistance or to make an appointment for help with applying for health insurance.
