Location: Sugar Town Road Ellicottville.

Details of Incident:

After an investigation conducted by the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force the listed defendant was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance with intent to sell in the Fifth degree.  The charges were a result of a drug transaction that was observed by the task force which led to a traffic stop in the Town ofEllicottvillewhere several Hydrocodone pills were recovered from the defendant.  Detectives learned during their investigation that the listed defendant was supplying several individuals in theSalamancaarea with controlled substance. The Defendant was arraigned in the Town of Ellicottville Court where she was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $ 750.00 bail.  The investigation remains open and more arrest are pending.    The Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force was assisted by the Ellicottville Police Department and the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.
