Upcoming Free Powerful Tools for Caregiver Classes

Do you help care for an older relative or friend? Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed from juggling your own life and the responsibilities of caregiving? If so, you may benefit from our FREE Powerful Tools for Caregivers classes.

Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a 6 week course sponsored by the Cattaraugus County Department of Aging and NY Connects.

During this FREE 6 week course, you will learn to:

  • reduce your stress;
  • improve your self-confidence;
  • better communicate your feelings;
  • balance your life;
  • increase your ability to make tough decisions;
  • and locate helpful resources.

The course will be held every Monday beginning Monday, July 13, 2015 and ending on Monday, August 17, 2015. Each class will run from 12:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. and will be held at the Olean Public Library, 134 N. 2nd Street in Olean. Lunch will be provided.
