Free Powerful Tools for Caregivers Classes start in September
Do you help an older relative or friend? Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed from juggling your own life and the responsibilities of caregiving? If so, you may benefit from our FREE Powerful Tools for Caregivers classes.
Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a 6 week course sponsored by the Cattaraugus County Department of Aging and New York Connects. During this FREE 6 week course, you will learn to: reduce your stress; improve your self-confidence; better communicate your feelings; balance your life; increase your ability to make tough decisions; and, locate helpful resources.
The course will run every Wednesday beginning Wednesday, September 13, 2017 and ending on Wednesday, October 18, 2017. Each class will run from 10:30 am – 1:00 pm and will be held at Christ United Methodist Church, 633 Linwood Ave, Olean, NY 14760.
Lunch will be provided. Intermittent respite is available; please inquire for further details if interested.
