The CCBDC is the officially recognized small business development organization in Cattaraugus County. The CCBDC also manages multiple contracts for Cattaraugus County as they relate to small businesses, the Microenterprise Development Loan Fund, and educational and training programs.

Counseling:
Experienced counselors will meet with clients to advise on business start-up, marketing, advertising, financing, licensing and permit questions. Business Plans are a key factor for business financing and success. The CCBDC will assist in developing a Business Plan specifically geared for your business. Counselors will also travel to business sites to assist clients when necessary. All counselors are bound by a confidentiality agreement that is a condition of their employment with the CCBDC.Technical Assistance:
One-on-one counseling for start up and existing businesses on business related matters. Help is provided in business plan development, financial analysis and projections, market and product analysis, tax and accounting practices, woman-owned business certification procedures and other areas as required. The CCBDC has contracted with business professionals to engage them for limited client sessions to assist business owners and entrepreneurs in obtaining answers in very specific areas.
