Water & Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator Trainee

Responsibilities include guarding and attending to the care, well-being and discipline of jail inmates.

Availability to perform shift work is preferred.

Qualifications include graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma.

Correction Officers are peace officers and must be residents of Cattaraugus County at time of appointment.

Starting pay $ $20.35 - $22.67/hour based on education and/or experience.

Full county benefits.

Must be organized with excellent assessment, technical, computer and communication skills. Current CPR and drivers license required.

Recent acute care experience preferred.
