New York State recently passed the “ NYSAFE ACT” which gives pistol permit holders the ability to “Opt-Out” and request that their permit information be kept private and confidential.

Little Valley DMV Closed November 12-22, 2012
The recent flooding in the Cattaraugus County Center caused severe damage to the Little Valley Motor Vehicle Office and the office will need to be closed for repairs. According to County Clerk James K. Griffith, the office will be closed on Monday, November 12, 2012 and all work should be completed by the end of the following week. The office will reopen Friday, November 23, 2012 at 8:00AM.
