Cattaraugus County Department of Economic Development is in preparations for the 2nd Annual WILMA buy local event being held October 25 - 26, 2014 in the Corporate Building on the Cattaraugus County Fairgrounds, Little Valley, NY.

Raising Poultry Seminar

The seminar will be held on Wednesday, June 25 from 6:00pm to 9:00pm at the Cattaraugus County Government Building at 303 Court Street in Little Valley.  The seminar is free and open to the public but pre-registration is recommended.  

Residents concerned about rising costs and nutrition are becomingly increasingly interested in home production of chickens for eggs and meat.  This seminar will explore the requirements and process of entering poultry production on a small scale.   Read more

Cattaraugus County to offer Website Classes

Cattaraugus County Department of Economic Development will be offering a free website course to small businesses and non-profit organizations. The course will consist of three classes that will be held on June 12th, June 19th and June 26th of 2014. The classes will run from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm and will be held in the training center located at the Little Valley County Center.
