Patch Requests

The Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office would like to respond to the multitude of requests we get for uniform shoulder patches. On the average, we receive 15 to 30 patch requests per month. We are grateful that our web site generates the amount of traffic that it does, and welcome the feedback we always receive within e-mail requesting patches. It is very interesting to us the see the worldwide reach of the site. We have received requests from all over the United States and from many foreign countries. Read more
