occurred on 11/20/2013 at:

This is a Violation of Article 13-F, Regulation of Tobacco Products and Herbal Cigarettes; Distribution to Minors.

Tobacco Education Day on Tuesday, April 6th—9:00 a.m. - Noon at the Olean Office of the Health Department.

The Health Department will be:

  • checking Oxygen levels,
  • carbon dioxide levels will be measured.

Tobacco Use/Distribution Laws

The Environmental Health Division is responsible for the lawful retail distribution and use of tobacco products in public places.  This includes tobacco product sales to minors as well as enforcement of the “Clean Indoor Air Act” (CIAA) which prohibits the use of tobacco in public indoor spaces and workplaces.
