Do you help care for an older relative or friend? Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed from juggling your own life and the responsibilities of caregiving? If so, you may benefit from the Cattaraugus County Department of the Aging's FREE Powerful Tools for Caregivers classes.

Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a 6 week course sponsored by the Cattaraugus County Department of Aging/NY Connects. During this FREE 6 week course, you will learn to reduce your stress, improve your self-confidence, better communicate your feelings, balance your life, increase your ability to make tough decisions, and locate helpful resources.

Classes will be held on Tuesdays from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 6360 Route 242 East in Ellicottville. They will begin on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 and end on Tuesday, July 31, 2018. Light snacks will be provided.
