Cattaraugus County Economic Development, Planning and Tourism is currently requesting proposals for the printing of the Cattaraugus County Ag Trail Brochure.
The brochure will have an original size of 16" x 9" for each page, with a total of 5 (16x9) pages, and include text and graphics on both sides, using four color processing. Original size pages (5)(80# paper) are then stacked, stapled in middle, then folded in half then half again to create 4" x 9". An older version of the brochure can be sent to a requesting printer so the layout is known ahead of time if necessary. Please provide quotes for the quantities of 2,000, 2,500 and 3,000.
The layout will be done by the department's staff and be provided print ready, in PDF form. No adjustments to the photos nor text will be expected of the printer. A proof is required before printing, with one allowance for edits by the Department after proof is received. Also, a requirement is the brochure must be packed in boxes not exceeding 20 pounds in weight. Shipping will be to the County Building at 303 Court St. Little Valley, NY 14755, Attn: Tourism.
Once decision is made on the printer, they will be notified and PDF will be sent within the following week.
